Uniper Hydrogen, Performance Management and Public Subsidies

Agnes Herdick heads in Uniper Hydrogen the team Performance Management and Public Subsidies since 2021 and in this capacity oversees the Performance of Unipers Hydrogen project Portfolio and coordinates the Hydrogen related activities around radar and evaluation of suitable subsidy schemes, applications and grant administration as well as Unipers representation in relevant associations and events.

Being member of Uniper Hydrogen Leadership Team the execution of Unipers Hydrogen Strategy is one of her major targets. Uniper aims to become carbon-neutral in Europe by 2035 and strives for a Hydrogen production capacity of 1 GW by 2030.

Agnes joined Uniper in 2019 as Senior Manager Hydrogen after numerous positions in German Gas Transmission System Operator Open Grid Europe. She holds degrees in Business administration and in Mechanical Engineering.
