Mr. Novák graduated from the Faculty of Transport Engineering at the University of Pardubice. He spent most of his career in various positions within the Iveco Group. Currently, he is in charge of all bus Product Platforms and their direction in the company worldwide. In previous roles, he was responsible for managing the Strategy and Product Portfolio at Iveco BUS. For a total of 8 years, he had the opportunity to work abroad within the company, specifically in France, Italy, and China.
