Luigi Crema is the director of the Center for Sustainable Energy at the Fondazione Bruno Kessler in Trento. Physicist, he deals with issues related to the energy transition and the development of technological solutions related to hydrogen and batteries. He is President of Hydrogen Europe Research and a member of the Governing Board of the Clean Hydrogen Partnership. He is Vice president of the Italian Hydrogen Association supporting national institutions in positioning hydrogen in the national strategies. He coordinated 5 EC funded projects and he was involved in more than 40 projects in topics such as hydrogen and battery technologies, concentrated solar power, biomass conversion. He is author of about 100 scientific contributions, 4 patents and is involved in the creation of 2 start-ups.
